Colleen Cremen

Colleen Cremen, MS Ed, Director of Executive Search at Slone Partners, has more than 20 years of Talent Management experience working with a variety of healthcare and life science organizations. In her role at Slone Partners, she specializes in the placement of senior-level leaders, operating as a thought partner with our clients.

Colleen has worked globally with executive teams, advising on organizational design, workforce planning and talent development solutions. Colleen thrives on building strategies that maximize employee potential to create long term business success and growth.

Prior to joining Slone Partners, Colleen held senior leadership roles in talent strategy, learning & development, and workforce optimization with companies including GE Life Sciences (now Cytiva), Anthem Health, as well as startup companies focused on contemporary talent technology. She brings with her a deep level of expertise of the talent ecosystem, with certifications in HR, Change Management, and Executive Coaching.

Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & English from the State University of NY at Albany, and a Master of Science in Education from the College of St. Rose.
