Claudine Fasse

With a highly successful record of guiding cross-functional strategic and operations teams, Claudine Fasse came to Slone Partners following Whitecliff Consulting, a start-up think tank, where she collaborated with multiple early-stage start-up companies to identify innovative approaches to operationalize their business plans. Prior to that, Claudine served as Vice-President of Corporate Operations and Organizational Excellence at Nuvance Health, formerly Health Quest, in Lagrangeville, New York. In that role, Claudine provided executive-level leadership and accountability for seven acute care hospitals and more than 75 physician practices and ambulatory facilities across two states. Earlier, she served as the company’s Interim Chief Compliance Officer tasked with temporary executive oversight of compliance education, enforcement, and communications during the yearlong Corporate Integrity Agreement process. From 2014-2016, Claudine served as Assistant Vice President of Hospital Operations at the Vassar Brothers Medical Center where she was brought on during a turnaround effort to manage financial and operational processes, strategic planning, growth, quality, and revenue/cost management.

Earlier in her career, Claudine served as Senior Director of the Integration and Enterprise Project Management Office at Northwestern Medicine in Winfield, Illinois, and Chief Process Officer at Edward Hospital in Naperville, Illinois.

Claudine received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Keller Graduate School of Management and her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Illinois, Chicago. She is a Certified Process Improvement Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and is affiliated with several non-profit and professional organizations, including Horses for a Change, Rutgers Innovation Institute, Project Management Institute, American Society for Quality, and the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals.
