Tammy Jackson

As Vice President of Executive Search, Tammy brings years of experience in the recruitment of C-Suite, board members, and other senior leaders.  She partners with client organizations ranging from venture-capital and private-equity-backed startups to healthcare providers. Tammy’s clients span the spectrum of diagnostics, medical device, digital health, life sciences, healthcare systems, and academic medical centers. She builds strong relationships with clients and has developed a reputation as a strategic partner with tenacity and integrity.

Prior to joining Slone Partners, Tammy worked for a global executive search firm where she identified key leaders in healthcare. She also spent time as an account manager at a healthcare technology consulting firm, providing recruiting services for one of the largest healthcare providers in the nation. As a corporate recruiter for another global staffing firm, Tammy managed full cycle recruitment for a leading business process outsourcing company. She began her career with Accenture (formerly known as Andersen Consulting) as a technology analyst and developer. Tammy later led and managed large-scale software development and technology initiatives for other organizations.

Tammy is passionate about DEI initiatives and giving back to the community. She currently serves as a board member for non-profit organizations including STEMPossible, Inc. and the National Association of Health Services Executive’s Atlanta Chapter.  Tammy is also a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee of the American College of Healthcare Executives Georgia Chapter.

She graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems.
