Her award-winning sales and marketing expertise span the areas of capital equipment, cutting-edge technology, sales training, product management, product positioning, and leadership. Kim has worked closely with the innovative, technical leaders of prestigious organizations to bring their services and products to market for the benefit of patients. At the Vice-President level, Kim served as a part of the executive team and actively participated in the selection process of incoming team members. She clearly understands the value of placing the correct candidate that not only displays the technical skills and desired knowledge, but also possesses alignment with the values and culture of the organization. Kim is known for her honest and direct approach in business, along with innovative problem solving that brings sought-after results to the client.
Kim graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas A&M University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado with an emphasis on International Business and the BRIC nations. The program took her to China for in-depth studies where she gained valuable insight in international business and culture.
