Leslie Loveless Senior Vice-President & Partner

Leslie joined Slone Partners in 2007 and brings more than 10 years of healthcare sales, training, and recruiting experience. After 5 years of sales success, Leslie utilized her background in education by transitioning into the National Sales Trainer role with Quest Diagnostics and later as the Director of Training and Development for AmeriPath. Leslie possesses an extensive knowledge base of laboratory organizations, both regional and national, as well as a deep understanding of the various roles within these companies.

Prior to healthcare, Leslie spent more than 5 years as an educator where she developed effective communication skills that allow her to understand client needs and recognize candidates whose goals coincide with the direction of prospective employers.

Leslie's ability to quickly assess recruiting situations and know when a match exists for both clients and candidates allows her to keep the process moving smoothly and bring it to the positive outcome both sides are seeking. She is experienced in recruiting at all levels within the laboratory including: senior leadership, sales & operations management, technical roles, pathology, technologists, and more. Leslie graduated cum laude, receiving a Bachelor of Arts, with a concentration in English, from Indiana State University and with honors and a Master of Arts in English from Butler University.
