Jill began her career in the professional recruitment industry specializing in the placement of high level IT professionals.  She then went on to establish and develop a clinical research division with a small boutique executive search firm based out of Rockville, Maryland.  Jill’s main focus was to generate new business within the pharmaceutical industry.

A graduate of the University of Houston in 2005 with a major in Psychology and a minor in marketing, Jill continued to specialize in the recruitment of IT, finance and accounting, government, clinical research and nursing professionals at all levels.

Jill is the proud mother of a new baby boy and in her spare time enjoys yoga and walking her two miniature dachshunds.  In 2007, she completed the forty-mile Avon Breast Cancer Walk.
