Controller Massachusetts     Slone Partners is seeking a Controller for our growing laboratory client in Massachusetts. This finance leader is an integral member of the leadership team for this laboratory. Our client is looking for someone that can analyze and interpret complex financial data and benchmark against others in the industry as well as something with experience in 3rd party billing. If you are a person that thrives in an environment where you can make a difference and take ownership of your position, you may be the person we seek. Qualified candidates will hold a four-year finance/accounting degree and experience in the laboratory/diagnostic testing industry. Candidates without diagnostic laboratory experience will not be considered. CPA license and/or advanced degree is preferred. Ideal candidates will be detail-focused, organized, analytically insightful, and adapt well to change.
