Clinical Laboratory Manager Maryland     Slone Partners is currently seeking a Clinical Laboratory Manager for a small, but rapidly growing specialized molecular laboratory in Maryland. The Laboratory Manager will be responsible for the overall operations and supervision of the molecular staff. The qualified candidate is an ASCP-certified medical technologist, with at least 4 years laboratory experience, and at least 2 years supervisory/management experience. Ideal candidates will have a FISH background, with experience in process and workflow improvement. Successful candidates will also possess a hands-on management style with a team-player attitude, and an entreprenurial spirit.
