Slone Partners is currently seeking a Chemistry Manager for our clinical laboratory client in New England.
As a member of the management team in high complexity laboratory, the Chemistry Manager will be responsible for leading the day to day activities of the chemistry department team.
The ideal candidate will have 7 or more years of clinical lab experience and 3 or more years of supervisory/management experience.
Duties will include management of quality assurance and quality control tasks, identifying and developing areas for process optimization of the current clinical process, and mentoring, evaluating, and training department employees.
This opportunity requires a BS degree and ASCP certification as a medical technologist.
